An Excellent Platter for A Mom So Special

A mother is the most precious person for a child; the person who first embraces the little baby. A mother will go starved but will make sure that her baby is fed well. She will reach out to any extent to fight for her child; to protect the little one from the fearful odds of life. It is difficult to define the love a mother has for her son or daughter. Now, as the month of March has approached, every person residing in different corners of the world is gearing up to celebrate Mother’s day.

This day is commemorated as a date to celebrate mother’s love. It is a universal fact that every single day belongs to our mother but the least we can do to “show” our gratefulness is to dedicate one single day to them on which they are made to feel as special as ever. So, what have you planned for your Mom this Mother’s day?

Are you willing to surprise her this March? Pull up your socks and select some gourmet cuisines for Mom. Now, here is an interesting recipe for a Mother who loves seafood; and of course you can pair the meal with a startling gift.

Now, that spring has arrived, time has come for you to prepare the creamy lobster tail stew. You can buy a few lobster tails on Mothers day and get it cooked for the lady who means the most to you. The creamy recipe takes only a few minutes for brewing. Here take a look:

  • Maine lobster tails, 4 medium sized
  • Butter, 6 tablespoon
  • Warm milk, 6 cups
  • Paprika, 1/4th teaspoon
  •  Heavy cream, 2 cups
  • Pepper and salt
Take a pot and fill it with salt water. Now, bring water to a boil and drop lobster tails in it. Boil for around 20 minutes until the lobster meat is cooked. Remove lobster tails and keep it aside. Melt butter in a sauce pan and sauté lobsters tails in it. Now transfer the tails to the empty pot and add warm milk. Cook for about 10 minutes. Next, add the cream and stir constantly. Let the stew come to a boil. Now, add the paprika, pepper and salt. Lower the heat till the mixture reaches a designed doneness. Serve while hot.

So, you are ready to surprise your Mommy on Mother’s day. Now it is time you plan for the gift!!
