• Lobsters, 2
• Small chopped onion, 1
• Vegetable oil, 2 tbsp
• Grounded and dried red chillies, 2 to 3
• Green chillies, 3 to 4
• Mustard seeds, ¼ teaspoon
• Cumin seeds, ¼ teaspoon
• Curry leaves, 5 to 6
• Medium sized tomatoes, 4
• Lemon juice, to taste
• Coriander leaves, to taste
• Salt, to taste
• Turmeric powder, to taste
• Coriander powder, to taste

At first, you need to shell the lobster entirely and spread turmeric powder and then, marinade it with salt and lemon juice. Let the mixture remain as it is for 15 to 20 minutes before you start to fry mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and cumin seeds. Now, you need to fry ground spices likes turmeric powder and coriander powder for close to 7 minutes. Once they are fried, add chopped tomatoes and lobster meat to the pan where you have stored spices. Cover the meat with water and continue to simmer until a good portion of water is evaporated. Dish is prepared, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve to your guests.
