Lip-smacking Lobster Munchies for the Evening

Since decades lobsters have been serving taste-buds of gourmands. The amazingly delicate flavors of Maine lobsters make them a super favorite everywhere. Being a seafood lover, I am always ready to explore the tasty lobster cuisines. In fact over the years I have grown fonder of lobster snacks; whenever there is tea party at home, I make it a point to serve my guests with crispy snacks that are made from delicious lobster meat. Since I am fond of preparing these delicious lobster munchies, sometimes I feel like sharing a couple of them with my online friends.

Have you heard about the lobster crostini melts? It’s amazingly tasty; so much so that you will feel like having more of these sumptuous treats. Since I am here to share this recipe with you, I won’t talk any extra word and go straight to discuss the lobster snack preparation.

Lobster Crostini melts



Ingredients

• Maine lobster meat (cooked), 2 ½ lb

• Chopped tarragon, 2 tbsp

• Unsalted butter, 3 tbsp

• Cream sherry, 5 tbsp

• Chopped garlic, 3 cloves

• Mayonnaise, 10 tbsp

• Balsamic vinegarette, 2 tbsp

• Grilled French baguette, 16

Chop the lobster meat and keep it in a bowl. Now set it aside. Take a small skillet and melt butter in it. Sauté garlic in it, till the same browns. Now, add the sherry and increase flame to medium. Next, reduce the mixture to half. Remove the garlic mixture from flame. Mix the sherry blend with lobster meat. After this, add the other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Now, spoon the mixture on baguette slice. Add tarragon and then serve the munchies.

Herbed lobster roll


While I was searching for the best lobster snacks in Maine, up came the recipe for herbed lobster roll. Now, I am going to discuss the recipe with all of you.

Ingredients

• Sour cream, 3 tablespoon

• Finely minced tarragon, parsley, chives, chervil and parsley, ½ tbsp

• Chopped shallots, ½ tbsp

• Celery, 1 tbsp

• White pepper and salt for flavor

• Cayenne pepper and lemon juice

• Cooked meat of Maine lobster (sliced into 1 inch piece each)

• Hot dog buns

• Salted butter

Now take all ingredients in a bowl, keeping aside the hot dog buns and salted butter. Combine the mixture and keep it for 20 minutes. Take the hot dog buns and spread butter on split areas. Take a skillet and heat it over medium flame. Now, place the hot dog buns in the skillet, with their butter side down. Brown the buns until they achieve crispiness. Stuff the hot dog buns with lobster mixture and serve it for your evening tea party.
